What are the conditions on the Email Support?
There are no major conditions on email support, but please do not expect several emails a day to be answered every day.
Is a Deposit required to have my website built?
YES. A deposit is required and no work is started until 50% of the quoted price for your website, is paid.
Refund Policy
When purchasing the DVD Course no refunds are applicable once the product has been shipped out. You will upon purchase be emailed clear instructions on the exact details of the course. If you decide it is not for you at this stage, a refund will be given. Once the DVD Course is posted a refund is not permissible.
What time can I call for Phone Support?
Phone support is strictly to the time allocated in your package. Calls will only be made to household or business landline numbers.
No mobile phones will be called. The hours of operation for Phone Support will generally be 9 am – 8 pm ( Australian time ).
These times may change without notice.
Extra phone support time is available for purchase please contact us for enquiries.
Do I need any special software for Computer Enabled Support?
You will need to download a small program to enable How 2 Build a Website to give you support computer to computer.
All customers will receive MSN contact details and from there Computer enabled Support will be booked if support is not able to be done straight away.
It is also done on time specific terms, again extra hours are available for purchase.

I do not live in Australia can I still purchase the Course?
International Customers are more than welcome. Unfortunately phone support is not available at this point in time.
